SECTION 4.1 HART SPRINGS PARK
Admissions:
Admission is refunded only if a refund is requested within 20 minutes of arrival. No refund due to violations of park rules (ex. Alcohol, fighting, excessive cursing, etc. resulting in being asked to leave the park).
No refund due to rain:
Swimming is suspended during lightning events.
Open Shelter, RV Campground, & Primitive Camping :
Cancellations made any time after booking will be refunded, – minus a cancellation fee of $10 + tax
Cancellations made within 6-days of arrival date will be refunded, – minus a cancellation fee of $25 + tax
*Open Shelter, RV Campground, & Primitive Reservations can be canceled online through your Reserve America Account*
House rentals:
No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the reservation date.
